We are sorry if your card has been declined especially as this can be very frustrating.
By far the most common type of decline we receive are 'general declines'. These are caused if your bank blocks the transaction (possibly due to insufficient funds, an account limit, or a security precaution if you rarely order products online. To resolve this you should contact your bank.
We have relaxed our security alerts on our card processor so issues such as multiple transactions and a mis-match between a customers name and shipping details and their credit card details should not get your payment rejected. Instead your order should be approved but it will be inspected by our staff before processing.
